Our commitment to serving you extends beyond the dental chair, and we are committed to helping you get the treatment you need. We have several ways to help make your treatment affordable, and our treatment coordinator will review all options with you and answer any questions you may have.

Simone Dental is pleased to offer our exclusive Dental Membership Plans. Our plans are not insurance plans and are not intended to act as or replace dental insurance. For an annual renewable fee, our Dental Membership Plans will allow you to obtain significant discounts on dental services.

The plan is an in-house membership, valid only at the Simone Dental office and cannot be combined with any other dental insurance or used with workers' compensation services or third-party products sold by the practice. You cannot apply additional discounts or coupons. All membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid prior to the first exam or treatment. Furthermore, payment in full for all treatments under the plan is required at the time of service, and extended payment plans or third-party financing may not be used. The membership is non-transferrable, services cannot be rolled over to the next year, and Simone Dental reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the plan annually, with fees, services, and discounts also subject to change each year.**
